Will my dates be the same age as I am?
We recommend signing up for a Meet 'N Greet event with participants in the approximate age range you prefer (every Meet 'N Greet event has different age groups participating).

Can I still participate if I am not exactly in any age group specified?
Usually, yes. The age groups are guidelines only. After all, love is blind

What is the dress code?
Most participants dress casually, however what matters is what you feel comfortable with. If you like to impress your dates by dressing up, it's perfectly ok too.

Do singles ever attend more than one event?
Yes. Some have attended two to three events.

Where are the Meet n' Greet events held?
All events, unless otherwise indicated, are held at a community center located on Vancouver's west side (West 10th Ave, between Trutch and Blenheim). Events are held on Saturdays.

Why is event prepayment required?
Prepayment is your confirmation that you will be included in a Meet 'N Greet event and we can ensure that the event has confirmed singles participating only.

Can I pay later or at the door?
Your online application must be accompanied with a payment: Either a cheque/money order (must be received 3 days prior to the event) or instant guaranteed participation confirmation with secure online Visa or Mastercard processing.

What happens if I only submit my application?
We cannot confirm your event participation, however, we will keep your application on file should we receive event cancellations, which is rare.

If I have already attended a Meet n' Greet event, is it guaranteed that I can attend another?
Once you have attended your initial event, future participation is on a first-come, first-served basis. Sign up to attend an upcoming Meet n' Greet event as soon as you can! If the event is already fully booked, you are automatically scheduled for the event thereafter.

Will I meet someone different every time?
We do try to ensure that you do not meet the same people again. It is not a guarantee though. There may be an occasion where you might meet one or two from a past Meet n' Greet event if you attend regularly. It is uncommon, but it can occur.

How many dates do I meet per event?
You will meet over 20 dates and a maximum of thirty (although we have been known to increase that maximum;).

Is it safe to pay by credit card online?
It is very safe. 85% of Meet 'N Greet participants pay by online Visa or MC through PayPal.

How do you let my date(s) know that I am interested in getting to know her/him/them better?
We contact your date(s) on your behalf by email with your request and provide your username and email address with a note that you would like to get to know her/him better.

What if I would like to get to know more than one date better?
Not a problem. We will contact as many dates from each Meet n' Greet event as you like on your behalf.

What do I bring to a Meet n' Greet event?
Yourself and any questions for your dates.

What can I talk about with my dates at a Meet 'n Greet event?
You can ask your date anything except personal questions such as age, real name, occupation and place of residence. The idea is to focus on what the person is really like. A question sheet is also available.
